Responsibilities :
- PURPOSE
Supporting Logistics operation in administration process with the ability Payment process/Logistics Costing, clearance administration, documents preparation, workflow process (SAP Process payment) and also have ever use SAP previously.
- ACCOUNTABILITIES
Accountability in Inbound, clearance administration
- COMPETENCE
Well knowledge at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and knowledge in SAP (Process payment/Costing)
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mining/Mineral), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required skill(s): SAP, Logistics Administration, MS Office, Payment process
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
