Syarat pencari kerja:
- Have experience as HRGA for 2-3 years
- Understand the flow of the recruitment process and the process of making Contracts
- Responsible for managing, supervising, taking care of the administration of Project workers/employees
- Experience in handling GA (mess, catering, vehicles, licensing, ect)
- Responsible for taking care of all external matters related to the company
- Experience in managing more than 200 people in project is preferred
- Willing to be assigned to Site
- Ready to joint ASAP
Syarat pencari kerja:
- Pendidikan Min S1 Teknik/Kesehatan Masyarakat
- Memiliki Pengalaman sebagai HSE Officer min 1-2 tahun
- Memiliki sertifikat AK3 umum
- Memiliki sertifikat operator K3 Migas menjadi nilai tambah
- Terbiasa membuat laporan HSE
- Mampu membuat dan memenuhi dokumen CSMS dan K3LH
- Mempunyai inisiatif tinggi dan dapat bekerja secara tim maupun individual
- Dapat mengoperasikan MS Office dengan baik
- Siap bergabung secepatnya
Syarat pencari kerja:
- Major Law (Min Bachelor Degree)
- Have min 3-5 years experience as an Industrial Relations, having been in the Service Industry is a plus
- Understand labor law and regulations
- Develop employee relations to create a conductive work environment
- Ensure company compliance towards labor related regulations employee
- Strong knowledge in Employment Legislation (Labor Law), HR Policies & Procedures
- Experience in dealing with and anticipating industrial relations disputes is a plus
- Willing to be assigned to site
- Accustomed to negotiation and problem solvin
- Have good interpersonal communication skills
